Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Forward Integrations ("we", "us") collects through forwardintg.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Work we do for clients is covered by our written agreements with them.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form, email or call us, or use "Send to the team" in the website assistant, we receive what you provide, such as your name, work email, company, phone number and message.
• Website assistant conversations. When you type into the assistant in the corner of the site, your messages are sent to our server and to our service providers to generate a reply (see below).
• Basic usage data. Our website platform records anonymous visit statistics, such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type and approximate location derived from IP address.

We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send us, sensitive information such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information or passwords through this website.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't use third-party advertising pixels.

• Analytics. Our website platform, Framer, provides privacy-focused visit statistics that don't rely on cookies.
• Browser storage. The site stores two small preferences in your browser: whether you paused animations, and whether the assistant's greeting has already been shown. They never leave your device and aren't used to identify you. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
• Company identification (only if you accept). If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Leadfeeder (Dealfront) to set a first-party cookie and match your IP address to the company network it belongs to, so we can see which businesses visit the site and which pages they view. It does not identify you personally by name or email. If you click "Decline", or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Leadfeeder isn't loaded. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
• Fonts. Some typefaces are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

The website assistant

Your messages are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and by Anthropic, which powers the assistant's replies. We don't keep a copy of assistant conversations on our own systems unless you choose "Send to the team", in which case the conversation is emailed to us. Our providers may keep limited logs for security and abuse prevention under their own policies, and they do not use these conversations for training. Nothing the assistant says is a quote, offer or commitment.

How we use information

• To reply to you, schedule calls and prepare proposals.
• To provide, support and improve our services and this website.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Framer: website hosting and visit statistics.
• Netlify: hosting for the website assistant and media files.
• Anthropic: replies for the website assistant.
• FormSubmit: delivery of contact form and estimate messages to our inbox.
• Leadfeeder (Dealfront): company identification, only for visitors who accept it.
• Google: web fonts, and email if you contact us by email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Retention

We keep inquiries and client communications for as long as needed to respond, provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete them. Anonymous visit statistics are kept by our website platform in aggregate form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@forwardintg.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require. We won't treat you differently for making a request. We respond to browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control to the extent they apply, though we don't sell or share data in ways those signals are designed to stop.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted on this page.
