Accessibility

Last updated October 2026

Forward Integrations wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions or reduced motion settings.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. We consider this site partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and the known gaps are listed below with what we're doing about them.

What we've done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Menus, the FAQ, the cost calculator, the contact form and the chat assistant are labelled for screen readers, and their updates are announced.
  • Text and control colors have been adjusted to meet AA contrast.
  • Animations respect your device's reduced motion setting, and a "Pause animations" button stops looping motion on every page.
  • Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers; illustrations that carry meaning have text descriptions.
  • Form fields have labels, required fields are marked, and errors are explained in text.
  • Our films have closed captions, and we'll send a written transcript of any film on request.

Known limitations

  • Older content. Some pages have small layout details we're still improving, such as page landmarks and heading order. They don't block any task on the site.
  • Third-party content. Some features rely on outside services. We choose accessible options where we can, but we don't control their code.

Feedback and help

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, tell us and we'll help directly and fix the problem.

We aim to reply within one business day.

How we check

We review the site with automated tools (such as Lighthouse and axe), keyboard-only testing and screen readers, and we recheck pages when they change.
