Software and automation for home-services companies.

We build the office behind a trades company: every call and web lead answered and booked, quotes out the same day and chased until they close, finished jobs invoiced and paid into QuickBooks without anyone re-typing, and one board that shows the day. Built around the tools you already run, at a fixed price, then kept running for you.

The office work that eats a trades owner's week

Most of it happens between the job site and the bank: the call nobody could take, the quote still sitting in a truck, the invoice that went out three days late. These are the jobs we take on.

Calls and leads, answered and booked

A missed call is a job that goes to the next company on the search results. Evenings and weekends are the worst.

Every call, text and web form is answered, qualified and booked onto the schedule around the clock, with a text confirmation to the customer and a summary to you. Anything unusual goes straight to a person.

Quotes out today, followed up until they close

Quotes get written in the truck at 7 pm, or not at all, and nobody chases the ones that went quiet.

Techs capture the job on a phone, the quote is drafted from your price book, you approve it, and it goes out the same day. Three polite follow-ups happen automatically until the customer says yes or no.

Finished job to paid invoice

Completed jobs sit in a pile until someone keys them into the accounting system. Cash arrives a week late.

When a job is marked done, the invoice is created, sent with a pay link and matched to the payment in QuickBooks. Overdue ones get reminders; you see what is outstanding in one list.

The day on one board

The schedule lives in one app, the parts list in another, and the owner's head holds the rest.

A simple board for the office and a phone view for the crew: today's jobs, who is where, what parts are needed, what is unbilled. It replaces the parts of an all-in-one suite you actually use, at a fraction of the monthly cost.

How a project with us works

Three steps, each priced before it starts. You can stop after any of them and keep everything.

Step 1 · one week

Diagnose

Half a day with you and your office. We map how work actually moves, put a dollar figure on the three biggest leaks, build a working prototype of one workflow and quote the build at a fixed price. The fee is credited to the build.

Step 2 · three to eight weeks

Build

The agreed system goes live in phases, with your team trained on each one. Scope is what the diagnosis said; anything new goes through a written change request, so the price holds.

Step 3 · monthly

Run

We watch it, fix it when a vendor changes something, and send a monthly report with the numbers. Improvements ship every month. Cancel with 30 days' notice; everything stays yours.

What it adds up to

A worked example with sample numbers. Your diagnosis replaces these with yours.

Take a 10-truck HVAC company. The office answers about 70% of calls during the day and almost none after 5 pm. Suppose six calls a week go unanswered and two of those would have become jobs at an average ticket of $450.

Add the quotes: the company sends about 25 a week and nobody follows up on the ones that go quiet. If polite follow-ups win back two more jobs a week, that is another $900.

Then the office time. Two people spend roughly six hours a week each re-keying finished jobs into QuickBooks and chasing invoices. At $28 an hour loaded, that is about $340 a week handed back.

What you can count on

The three things owners ask us about before anything else, answered in writing.

You own it

The code, the data and every account are yours from day one. Leave whenever you like and take all of it with you.

A person approves it

Nothing your customers see goes out without someone on your side signing off. The system drafts; people decide.

We know before you do

Every workflow is monitored. When a vendor changes something and a step fails, we get the alert and fix it, usually before anyone notices.

Questions trades business owners ask us

Do you replace ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, or work alongside them?

Either. If you use the suite well, we connect around it. If you pay for the whole suite and use a quarter of it, we can build the parts you actually use, your way, usually for less than the subscription over a couple of years. The diagnosis tells you which makes sense.

Will my customers know they are talking to a system after hours?

Yes, if they ask, and it never pretends to be a person. It books, answers common questions from your own answers, and hands anything unusual to a human. Most customers care that someone picked up, not who.

How long until the office feels the difference?

Diagnosis takes a week. The first workflow, usually call and lead intake, is live within three to four weeks of starting the build. The rest follows in phases so nobody is retrained on everything at once.

What happens when a vendor changes something and it breaks?

We monitor every workflow and get the alert first. Fixing those changes is part of the monthly Run plan, along with a report each month showing what ran, what it saved and what we improved.

Who owns the system if we stop working with you?

You do. The code, the data and every account are in your name from the first day. If you leave, you take all of it, and we hand over the documentation.

Start with a 20-minute call.

Tell us what is slowing your trades business down. You talk to the person who would build it, and leave with a clear next step either way.
